Division of Financial Regulation ( DFR), and must adhere to the following laws and rules:

Oregon Revised Statutes ( ORS)
Oregon Administrative Rules ( OARs)

Affordable Care Act ( ACA or "Obamacare")
The Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008 ( MHPAEA)
